Laura Canada is looking for a Store Manager to lead and develop a team, focusing on providing an exceptional shopping experience in a dynamic store environment. The role involves achieving financial goals, acting as a stylist, managing team performance, overseeing merchandising, and handling daily store operations.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.
Meet all key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction).
Effectively schedule staff to ensure optimal floor coverage.
Act as a stylist to create personalized wardrobes for customers.
Monitor team performance, including appraisals, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with merchandising to maintain store standards and attractive merchandise presentation.
Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
Ability to create a positive work environment that motivates team members to learn and grow.
Demonstrated positive leadership and a solution-oriented approach.
