Laura Canada is looking for a Store Manager to be a role model and business leader, driving sales and providing an excellent customer experience. The manager will motivate and develop a team, ensuring financial objectives are met and fostering a positive store environment. The role involves overseeing daily operations and maintaining merchandising standards.
Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, program promotion, product knowledge and current trends. Ensure all key financial objectives are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, etc.). Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage. Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers. Monitor team performance (appraisal, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary action). Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation. Support daily operations: receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and keeping the store clean.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
