Saputo Inc., a top 10 global dairy processor, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its AG Warehouse store in Dumbalk, Gippsland. AG Warehouse is a large independent rural retail business specializing in products and services for dairy, pasture, horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef, and lifestyle market segments. The role involves leading a team, managing store operations, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales and marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
Lead and develop a high-performing team.,Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.,Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on rural products.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.,Drive marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in rural product sales/retail or on-farm experience.,Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).,Knowledge of rural products and farming practices.
Minimum Education
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Retail, Business, Agriculture, or Commerce (desirable)
