Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.,Enforce safe working methods and behaviors.,Conduct safety audits and operations checks.,Comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.,Supervise day-to-day operations and implement policies to improve efficiency.,Monitor and manage the station's budget and controllable margin.,Plan and oversee onboarding for new employees.,Monitor and maintain station facilities and equipment.,Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.,Conduct regular performance reviews with Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs).,Provide training and development opportunities for staff.,Mentor and support the team.,Manage and coordinate station staff and schedules.,Conduct regular station audits and performance evaluations.,Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.,Work closely with other departments and communicate with upper management.,Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are stocked and accounted for.,Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies.,Conduct regular audits and monitor for theft or fraud.,Maintain accurate logs (delivery, incident, inventory) and daily reports.,Prepare and monitor performance reports.,Perform data entry.,Evaluate and assess employee performance and conduct, including discipline.,General housekeeping.
