The Senior Business Systems Analyst offers technical leadership, interprets complex information, and participates in client business reviews to influence technology decisions supporting business objectives. The role designs, recommends, and facilitates the adoption of new technologies to enhance existing processes and meet client needs. The incumbent also provides expertise to project managers and other directors regarding technology functionality, leveraging a strong understanding of business dynamics, and autonomously resolves ambiguous organizational challenges by designing new methods through analytical and inductive reasoning.
Work closely with business partners to identify complex needs and facilitate solution design discussions.,Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen, and ask questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.,Primarily work with the rates service, with opportunities to work with other asset classes in a multi-asset risk management platform.,Develop customer-centric solutions that meet business needs.,Prepare and validate solution design documents, including scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality control.,Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert.,Advise a diverse team of technology and project professionals.,Maintain a collaborative work environment and help team members resolve organizational, operational, and procedural issues.
3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst leading projects and designing solutions.,Ability to determine requirements and write robust documentation.,Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.,Strong communication skills.,Strong data analysis and understanding skills.,Expertise in opportunity analysis.,Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications.,Strong problem-solving skills.,Strong organizational skills.,At least 2 years of experience with Confluence/Jira in an Agile environment (asset).
37.5 hours/week
