Sr. Technical Analyst, Smart Development

Responsibilities include managing server compliance, overseeing application installations on Windows servers, monitoring security scans and functional tests for cloud platforms (OCP, Elastic, MongoDB, Redis), overseeing ITIL-based processes (change, incident, problem management) to ensure SLA adherence, collaborating with teams to identify and track risks, coordinating business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, facilitating database schema changes, maintaining technical documentation, providing first-line support for MECM-related issues and automation, managing application authentication using Microsoft Entra/Graph API, and applying general networking knowledge. Must-haves include a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Analyst role, strong expertise in Windows Server management, general knowledge of cloud infrastructure (OCP, Elastic, MongoDB, Redis), experience with Change Management, Incident/Problem Management, and SLA processes, proven ability to manage and track risks, proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MS SQL, MongoDB, Elastic) and schema changes, strong documentation and communication skills, experience with MECM and automation using SDK/API, and general knowledge of Microsoft Entra/Graph API and networking concepts.

Nice-to-haves include ITIL Foundation certification, experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution, knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools, advanced troubleshooting skills for MECM product logs, and experience with automation and scripting for infrastructure maintenance.
