Sr. Technical Analyst, Middleware
Description
This role involves maintaining and enhancing the performance, security, and reliability of the Kofax TotalAgility infrastructure. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in PowerShell scripting, IIS management on Windows Server, and automation tools like Ansible, with Kofax TotalAgility experience being a plus.
What We're Looking For
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation and management tasks.
Configure and manage IIS on Windows Server to ensure optimal performance and security.
Install and support Kofax TotalAgility for efficient document and business process management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Implement security best practices and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
Perform remediation on Windows servers to meet compliance standards.
Document procedures and processes of scripting, automation and manual tasks for all related work tasks.
5+ years in the operations/support of Windows Server.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system administration tasks.
In-depth knowledge of IIS configuration and administration on Windows Server.
Familiarity with Kofax TotalAgility and the ability to manage and support the platform.
Proven experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideal Candidate
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server).
Previous experience in implementing and supporting document capture and workflow solutions.
Experience with Quadient application software.
