Sr. Specialist, Client Support

Description

This role supports commercial banking clients and prospects by providing high-quality customer service, managing AML/KYC processes, onboarding deposit customers, and servicing accounts. The specialist also handles client requests via phone and email, making recommendations to meet work objectives and ensuring a positive client experience. The position involves a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site.

What We're Looking For

Provide support and high-quality customer service to clients and prospects in Commercial Banking.,Liaise closely with the business and clients to complete tasks.,Manage AML/KYC processes, onboarding of deposit customers, and servicing accounts.,Handle incoming telephone calls and emails to address client requests professionally.,Make recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives.,Participate in group projects.,Coordinate new and existing client transitions and implementations, acting as a crucial point of contact.,Interpret, validate, and obtain information for implementation forms.,Ensure all mandatory documentation is received.,Regularly update knowledge of internal and external developments.,Identify potential sales and service improvement opportunities.,Recognize business risk elements and involve appropriate supervisors.,Contribute to continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Developed knowledge in AML/KYC and onboarding new customers.,Managing ongoing AML/KYC to ensure data integrity.,New account opening and ongoing maintenance.,Experience with money movement (loan advances/pay downs, wire transfers, cashier's checks).,Authenticating client requests and monitoring overdrafts.,Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications.
