The Sr. Relationship Manager at TD Bank is responsible for serving the needs of community commercial banking clients. This role involves acquiring, developing, and managing commercial banking relationships by providing customized financial solutions and fostering new business from both existing and new customers. The manager acts as a trusted advisor, offering practical and competitive solutions for financing, cash management, and overall business needs to add value to customer portfolios. They are expected to identify and interpret market trends, utilize sales platforms, generate referrals, and maintain expert knowledge of the market and economic factors. The role also involves developing community relationships and overseeing large accounts.

What We're Looking For

Acquire, develop, and manage commercial banking relationships,Provide customized solutions across different commercial segments,Grow the portfolio by providing financial solutions and developing new business from both existing and new customers,Act as a trusted advisor, structuring and packaging practical and competitive solutions,Demonstrate understanding of customer's financing, cash management, and overall business needs,Identify and interpret trends in the market to structure portfolios,Actively use sales platforms to understand customer/target needs, industries, and markets,Generate referrals to all business partners in the Bank,Develop a clear retention plan for assigned portfolio deposits and loans,Possess and constantly enhance expert knowledge of the market, customers, and broader economic factors,Identify and respond to changes in the business environment,Develop community relationships and participate in civic and professional organizations/networking events,Develop new business with prospects having the largest and most complex credit needs,Define new approaches to sell and deliver solutions,Anticipate emerging customer trends,Oversee management and activities of large accounts and related servicing teams
