Sr. Product Manager, Ways to Pay Payment Journey

Description

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives related to various payment services, including Debit Cards, Bill Payments, and Pre-Authorized Debits. This role involves managing the end-to-end client experience, product, and associated risks, as well as monitoring business performance, supporting operations, driving product strategy, and identifying investment opportunities. The manager will define the product vision and roadmap to enhance customer and colleague experiences and collaborate with internal teams to deliver product improvements. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 1-3 days on-site per week.

What We're Looking For

Develop and execute strategic initiatives for payment services (Debit Cards, Bill Payments, Pre-Authorized Debits).,Manage end-to-end client experience, product, and risks for the portfolio.,Monitor business performance and support business operations.,Drive product strategy and identify investment opportunities.,Define product vision and roadmap to increase adoption and modernize customer/colleague experience.,Partner with various internal teams to deliver product enhancements and features.,Strong knowledge and experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management (preferably in financial services).,Analytical skills to interpret complex information and identify trends.,Leadership skills to achieve results within a matrix organization and drive change.,Relationship management skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in business planning, business model development, and pricing best practices.,In-depth knowledge of payment products.,Strategic planning skills to coordinate complex and ambiguous assignments.
