This role involves joining the Fortnite team as a Senior Partnerships (IP) Producer to manage the execution of activations with external licensing partnerships across various products. Responsibilities include overseeing internal and external coordination from ideation to release, managing partner-facing communications, handling submissions for partner review and approval, tracking hundreds of individual assets and deliverables, and ensuring feedback is addressed for timely releases.
Work with internal stakeholders to align on scope and creative deliverables, track partner reviews and approvals, present creative process and timelines to partners during kickoff calls, manage written communications with partners professionally and timely, provide updates, outline clear expectations, manage internal feedback, coordinate with internal producers, update and maintain a tracking system for project visibility, and lead a team of producers while pushing for high-quality execution.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art or gameplay production. Experience in production team leadership, guiding teams through ambiguity and change in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios, managing projects, and tracking delivery of large volume, high-quality deliverables with aggressive timelines. Comfort in controlled chaos to triage, prioritize, and focus on high-impact initiatives. Experience managing external communications with high-caliber partners.
