Description

The Sr Processor role at CIBC, within the Retail Lending Service team, focuses on client-centric operational services. Key responsibilities include managing complex and high-risk transactional investigations, utilizing independent judgment and analytical skills for problem resolution across multiple systems. The position requires providing guidance to banking centres, assisting with lending and non-lending exceptions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

What We're Looking For

Handle complex or unusual problems and requests, analyzing issues and determining appropriate solutions.,Conduct in-depth investigations and analyze data.,Clearly articulate facts, instructions, ideas, and solutions both verbally and in writing.,Contact clients and/or internal/external partners to clarify problems and confirm resolutions.,Prioritize, organize workload, and coordinate team activities to meet deadlines.,Assist with training new and temporary staff on processes, procedures, and guidelines.
