The Senior Procedure Writer at CIBC will play a crucial role in enhancing business process excellence across the Private, Personal, and Digital Banking teams. This individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to document, standardize, and continuously improve business procedures, ensuring clarity, actionability, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

What We're Looking For

Analyze, document, and standardize business procedures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and business partners to gather input for actionable procedures.,Apply standardized templates, style guides, and version control to maintain clear, consistent, and compliant procedures.,Organize and track multiple tasks, ensuring timely updates and delivery of procedure documentation aligned with business needs.

Ideal Candidate

Strong written communication and documentation abilities, capable of translating complex processes into clear, concise, actionable procedures.,Experience in process mapping and improvement, identifying gaps and optimizing workflows.,Proficiency with procedure management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe.,Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and business partners.,Project management skills to organize and track multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.,Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.,Experience in banking/financial services (credit experience preferred).,Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and internal controls preferred.
