Sr Mgr Information Security (US) - Cloud Security Engineering

Description

The Senior Manager Information Security will lead a team of Technology Controls/Information Security experts. This role involves developing and managing relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies, along with providing specialized oversight, control, and governance for a key business line or strategic initiative. The primary goal is to minimize overall technology risks to the Bank. The role requires thought leadership, excellent communication, and deep expertise in technology standards and information security.

What We're Looking For

Manages/leads a team of Technology Controls/Information Security experts. Develops and/or manages relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies. Provides specialized oversight/control/governance activities for a key business line/segment or transformational strategic initiative/program. Liaises across the organization and interfaces with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize overall technology risks. Provides thought leadership and is future-focused. Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, including presenting business terms to IT and business staff. Requires deep expertise in Bank, technology standards, and leading large, varied teams. Possesses expert knowledge of broad scope of technology controls/information security, technology, tools, processes, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree preferred. Information security certification/accreditation an asset. 10+ years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include Cloud Security, Security Engineering, or DevSecOps experience, experience leading engineering teams or technical pods, deep expertise in CNAPP platforms (Wiz preferred), CWPP/Runtime security, Compliance as Code, Kubernetes and container security, Data security and classification frameworks, Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) experience, experience operating in regulated environments, and strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
