The Sr. Manager, Wealth Management Strategy at RBC will be responsible for acquiring expertise in Wealth Management, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role involves leading complex projects from problem identification to execution, including facilitating discussions and stakeholder interviews. The manager will also deliver presentations to executives, conduct comprehensive analysis for recommendations, and contribute to team development and professional growth within the Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation group.
Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in Wealth Management business.,Constructively challenge the status quo, leveraging diverse thought and openness to different perspectives.,Proactively identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost efficiencies while mitigating risk, and improving the client experience.,Lead and implement complex projects of various scopes and types through problem identification, defining an approach, planning, organizing, and executing.,Structure team discussion sessions, group problem solving facilitation, interviews with various stakeholders.,Deliver presentations to influence business partners and executives, capturing key discussion points and driving towards action plans.,Conduct comprehensive analysis using analytical frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies to develop robust recommendations.,Contribute to the culture of Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation group by continually demonstrating commitment to coach and develop the team and grow the professional capabilities of the group and yourself.
5+ years' experience in a management consulting environment, ideally focused on wealth management, banking and / or financial industry.,Data analysis, insights, and financial modelling experience, including structured problem solving skills.,Stakeholder & relationship management experience, as well as strong communication and storyboarding skills.,Project management disciplines including time, resource, and scope management.,Strong understanding and experience in the High Net Worth Client Segment, asset management and/ or Wealth Management (Nice to Have).,Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree (such as MBA, finance, engineering, or science) (Nice to Have).,Additional designations (CPA, CFA, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma) (Nice to Have).,Familiar with core banking and wealth management products and financial instruments (Nice to Have).
