The Senior Manager, Learning Solutions Advisor acts as a strategic partner and advisor to business or functional groups. They are responsible for enabling the creation, delivery, and measurement of comprehensive learning solutions that align with strategic business priorities. This role involves developing and implementing learning strategies to enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness at TD. It requires collaborating with HR partners and business leaders, managing relationships, and overseeing deliverables across multiple project phases. Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below,10+ Years of related experience,In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function,Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills,Proven ability to deal with all levels of management,Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients,Solid understanding in the learning and development field (Preferred),An analytical mind with orientation to detail for handling initiatives, projects and programs with minimal direction from management (Preferred),Sound knowledge of using analytical software tools and generative AI tools (CoPilot) to perform daily work (Preferred),A dynamic professional with willingness to take initiative on tasks and projects (Preferred),Advanced knowledge of multiple HR specialties, HR strategy development, HR policy, consulting principles, and banking industry practices and regulations (Preferred),Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret policies and apply standards to complete assignments in a fast-changing environment (Preferred)
