Sr. Manager IGA Product Owner – Future Capabilities

Description

The Senior Manager, IGA Product Owner for Future Capabilities will lead a team of information security experts, focusing on developing and managing strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies to minimize technology risks for TD Bank. This role involves providing specialized oversight and governance for key business lines or strategic initiatives, requiring interaction with executive and functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Manage and lead a team of Technology Controls/Information Security experts.,Develop and manage information security strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies.,Provide specialized oversight, control, and governance for strategic initiatives and business segments.,Liaise across the organization and interface with executive and functional stakeholders to mitigate technology risks.,Demonstrate thought leadership and a future-focused approach.,Effectively communicate and present business options to IT and business staff, including executives.,Lead multi-stakeholder governance and alignment across technical, business, and risk teams.,Work effectively with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree preferred.,Information security certification/accreditation is an asset.,10+ years of relevant experience.,10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM.,6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Architecture, SailPoint, or Capability Leadership.,Demonstrated experience in defining IAM/IGA capabilities within large, complex enterprise environments.,Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ or equivalent IGA platforms.,Strong understanding of RBAC/ABAC models, Lifecycle management, Attestation & certification, SoD design & governance, and Provisioning and access request patterns.,Strong knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks including SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI.
