Lead and manage a team of Technology Controls/Information Security experts.,Develop and manage information security strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies.,Provide specialized oversight, control, and governance for key business lines or strategic programs.,Liaise with executive and functional stakeholders to mitigate technology risks.,Oversee and manage teams of moderate to large size, scope, risk, and complexity.,Demonstrate thought leadership and a future-focused approach.,Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, including presenting business-oriented options to IT and business executives.,Exhibit deep expertise in Bank technology standards and lead varied professional teams.,Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology controls, information security, technology, tools, processes, and procedures.
Bachelor's degree preferred.,Information security certification / accreditation an asset.,10+ years of relevant experience.,10+ years engineering experience in IAM/IGA.,8+ years experience in leading a development team.,Prior experience delivering large-scale upgrades and platform modernization.,Extensive experience as an IAM Technical Engineer in complex enterprise environments.,Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the IAM space.
