The Sr. Manager, CRM Enablement for Commercial Banking at CIBC focuses on enhancing and adopting CRM systems, primarily Salesforce. This role involves working closely with Commercial Banking leadership to prioritize enhancements, guide the Salesforce roadmap, and manage change within the line of business. The manager will develop a deep understanding of sales and support processes to leverage CRM for improved workflows and client management. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and marketing to ensure CRM adoption and address development requirements. The role contributes to projects through research, analysis, documentation, and advice on business information, ensuring compliance with CIBC standards. This position requires applying subject matter expertise to process improvements and providing guidance to project teams, while analyzing business performance.
Focus on overall CRM adoption, enhancement requests, and user support within Commercial Banking.,Align with business on priorities, reporting, and Line of Business specific change management.,Closely connect with leadership in Commercial Banking to address enhancements and guide Salesforce roadmap.,Develop a deep understanding of Commercial Banking Sales/Support processes to drive CRM adoption.,Work closely with Line of Business stakeholders, Product team, and Marketing for CRM adoption and enhancement.,Collaborate with CRM Enablement Director, CRM Product Manager, and Tech/Data organizations to align goals.,Contribute to projects through in-depth research analysis, interpretation, documentation, and advice on business information.,Consult with the business on process improvements and lead technical development for high-quality processes.,Ensure compliance with CIBC requirements, standards, work practices, processes, security standards, and policies.,Provide guidance to project teams and apply comprehensive understanding to business and technical situations.,Oversee requests from various stakeholders and create/edit presentation and communication materials.,Work across multiple business, product, and technical groups to prioritize and realize requests.,Lead adoption across all levels of expertise by developing and carrying out effective change management strategies.,Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team.,Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members in problem resolution.
Degree/diploma in Finance, Business, and/or a related field.,At least 3-5 years in a role with exposure to Commercial Banking.,Understanding of Wealth products and business processes.,Experience with Salesforce or CRM governance or technology delivery (significant asset).,Knowledge of Salesforce, business management, change management.,Technology acumen.,Agile Methodology.,Working knowledge of financial product concepts.
