Description

The Sr. IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive system and application support, including incident and problem resolution, ensuring application availability, and managing new application releases. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring production environments, identifying and resolving issues, and participating in an on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

Resolve incidents and problems, including prioritization and escalation.,Maintain application/system availability and minimize operational risk.,Coordinate packaging and release of new applications.,Improve production environment stability and monitor systems.,Provide day-to-day application support and resolve production issues.,Support Disaster Recovery and optimize operational environment.,Ensure effective change management.,Work independently, coach others, and act as a subject matter expert for technical guidance and troubleshooting.,Lead support for complex applications and implement remediation plans.,Experience with SailPoint Application deployment, configuration, administration, and support.,Understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.,Strong coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.,Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA.,Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 support).,Familiarity with vulnerability assessments and remediation.,Perform daily platform monitoring and health checks.,Provide Level 3 operational support for SailPoint-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Ideal Candidate
