Description

The Senior Financial Advisor will manage and expand a dedicated client portfolio by providing comprehensive financial planning and exceptional service within CIBC's Imperial Service team. Responsibilities include engaging with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals, building personalized financial plans using advanced tools, and offering expert advice. The role requires focusing on client experience, delivering trusted investment advice, cultivating networks to establish new relationships, and developing a sales plan to convert leads into new clients. Advisors will also leverage CIBC's credit and investment solutions and participate in community activities to enhance brand awareness.

Ideal Candidate

Postsecondary degree/diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.,Certified professional: Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) with current accreditation and good standing.,(Quebec specific): Current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing.,(Quebec specific): Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF licensing.,(Quebec specific): Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).,Asset: CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).,Asset: CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
