Description

This role involves managing and growing a dedicated client portfolio within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team. The Senior Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial planning, investment advice, and exceptional client service, focusing on building strong client relationships and achieving financial goals. The position requires proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and leveraging CIBC’s solutions. Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance is required.

Ideal Candidate

Postsecondary degree/diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.,Current accreditation and good standing for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) licensing.,For Quebec: Current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing.,For Quebec: Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) licensing.,For Quebec: Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).,Asset: CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).,Asset: CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
