Description

As a Senior Financial Advisor in the Imperial Service Team, you will manage and expand a dedicated client portfolio by building relationships, creating comprehensive financial plans, and providing excellent client service. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals, develop plans using CIBC tools, and offer informed advice. This role involves client engagement, business development, and community involvement to foster relationships and drive results.

Ideal Candidate

1.5 – 3 years experience in a financial advisory role managing and growing a client portfolio.,Certified professional (CIRO-ID) with current accreditation and good standing.,Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years (required upon hire).,Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).,Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME).,Personal Financial Planner (PFP) within 24 months of hire.,For Quebec: Current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing.,For Quebec: Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF licensing.,For Quebec: Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).,Asset: CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).,Asset: CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
