Description

This role is for a Senior Client Service Representative within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team. The individual will assist clients with their daily banking needs, handle transactions, answer questions, and connect them with appropriate team members to help achieve their financial goals. The role emphasizes strong client engagement, effective problem-solving, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.
