Description

As a Senior Client Service Representative within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their daily banking needs, managing accounts, processing transactions, and proactively connecting them with appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on client engagement, problem-solving, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience, requiring flexibility to work various banking centre hours including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance. The position is full-time on-site.

Help clients manage accounts and products, focusing on meaningful interactions and connecting them to relevant CIBC team members.,Listen, ask questions, and take accountability for client issues, knowing when to collaborate for better solutions.,Become proficient in technology and introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.,Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and possess a valid work or study permit where applicable.
