Description

This role within the Personal and Business Banking Team involves assisting clients with their daily banking requirements and financial objectives. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing transactions, and directing clients to relevant CIBC team members. The Senior Client Service Representative acts as a primary point of contact, leveraging expertise in financial products and customer service. The position demands flexibility to work varied banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. This is a full-time on-site role to ensure optimal performance.
