Sr Change Management Specialist (Prosci)

Description

This role is for a Senior Change Management Specialist at TD Bank, focusing on leading transformational changes for customer-facing digital migration initiatives. The specialist will develop and execute change strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and benefits realization, particularly in reshaping colleague roles and culture. They will translate customer research into tangible behavior changes and align multiple business lines towards shared customer outcomes. This individual will act as a top-level expert, providing advisory services to executives and influencing large-scale change initiatives within a complex environment.

What We're Looking For

Lead change management efforts on highly complex programs/projects/initiatives with significant enterprise or major business segment impact.,Provide advisory services to executives and business segment leaders.,Integrate knowledge of change management methodology with overarching business strategy and project/program strategy.,Anticipate emerging trends and/or risks as a basis for recommending large-scale change initiatives.,Serve as a source of expert advice to senior management, influencing change.,Advise on execution strategy and lead the development and deployment of change programs.,Solve unique and ambiguous problems with broad impact.,Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicate effectively, assessing potential change processes and diverse audience issues/objectives.,Analyze impacts/risks and provide recommendations to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results.,Understand, clarify, and lead work packages of assigned initiatives/projects, maintaining a customer-centric approach.,Lead and own project deliverables related to change management to meet customer, employee, and business needs.,Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts are appropriately understood and managed.,Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders.,Identify and lead problem resolution for complex issues.,Collaborate with project manager and business sponsor to identify and ensure required resources.,Create change plans and activities that drive adoption of change and benefits realization.,Work with Business Owner/Sponsor to identify change adoption metrics.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies.,Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed and compliant.,Exercise discretion in managing confidential information.,Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.,Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert.,Conduct internal and external research projects.,Monitor service, productivity, and assess efficiency levels, implementing continuous improvements.,Lead/facilitate and/or implement actions/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues.,Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines.,Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.,Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities.,Keep others informed and up-to-date about project status.,Contribute to team development through mentorship.,Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external business partners.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree.,Relevant Change Management Accreditations.,10+ years related experience, working in a project environment in large organizations.,Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s), and business transformation.,Knowledge of current and emerging trends.,Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations.,Knowledge of project/program support, planning, and implementation.,Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership.,Ability to forecast initiatives and demand in order to help develop strategic plan.,Skill in mentoring and coaching.,Skill in using software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.,Skill in using computer applications including MS Office.,Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.,Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.,Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently.,Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions.,Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
