Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Wealth Client Servicing)
Description
This role involves working with the Wealth Onboarding ART team to facilitate seamless client onboarding by connecting business needs with technical implementation. The Senior Business Systems Analyst ensures that system workflows, integrations, and reporting mechanisms align with the objectives of creating a rich and engaging client experience for opening TD Wealth accounts quickly.
What We're Looking For
Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Assist technology team in Azure cloud solution implementation, including writing Spark SQL queries for data analysis and transformation, providing UI feedback, testing, and documentation.
Map payload attributes from Easy Apply (UI Application) to the Client Master database via WCOM (processing engine) and validate integration logic.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Dev Leads during backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning.
Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, and sub-tasks for onboarding enhancements.
Support reporting enhancements and batch job processes.
Analyze solution requirements, project scope, and priorities to ensure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths.
Look for opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Analyze, document, and validate business rules requirements from business users.
Provide leadership and guidance, make recommendations, and collaborate with business and technology to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
Lead technology requirements management for high-risk, strategic initiatives.
Identify and lead problem resolution for complex technology requirements-related issues.
Lead and provide guidance on the identification, maintenance, and reporting of traceability of system requirements.
Work independently as a senior or lead system analyst and coach/guide team members.
Act as a subject matter expert and consult with clients and/or project teams.
Optimize performance and tune Spark SQL statements.
Use Visual Studio (SQL Integration Services) to analyze SSIS packages.
Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
5-7 years relevant experience.
5 years relevant experience in Agile environment.
Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of onboarding systems (WCOM, Easy Apply, Client Master).
Experience with Jira workflows, payload mapping, and API orchestration.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Familiarity with TD Wealth onboarding processes and reporting structures.
