The Senior Business Systems Analyst at CIBC is responsible for defining system scope, validating requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications, as well as providing end-user support. This role involves technical tasks, documenting business requirements, determining project methods, and offering operational support post-implementation. The analyst proactively identifies and resolves problems and suggests improvements.
Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.,Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements; prepare and validate solution design documents.,Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert.,Provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.,Maintain a collaborative work environment.,Support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience (i.e., writing user stories, creating and updating systems Use Cases).,Strong experience in SQL Queries and Data mapping.,Experience in financial estimates.,Experience in CIBC's Enterprise Data Hub (considered an asset).
37.5 hours/week
Must be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified.,Where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.,May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency).
