The Sr. Business Management Specialist within the Commercial Efficiency & Sales Incentives Strategy team at TD Bank focuses on driving profitable, disciplined growth for the Commercial Bank. This involves leading high-impact initiatives, providing performance insights, promoting efficiency, and ensuring incentive programs align with TD's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include cost/efficiency measurement, business case development, cross-LOB productivity initiatives, and executing sales performance strategies.

What We're Looking For

Contribute to the strategic direction of business management functions and implement strategies.,Plan, lead, and oversee diverse work activities requiring alignment across multiple areas.,Lead the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas.,Provide direction and input as a subject matter expert for complex enterprise or cross-function projects, including identifying, designing, testing solutions, and supporting implementation.,Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.,Partner with management, staying informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements, identifying issues, and recommending actions.,Work effectively with multiple teams across initiatives and functional domains, influencing as needed.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to business management.,Manage relationships with corporate and control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements.,Stay abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts.,Assess and identify key issues, escalating to appropriate levels and stakeholders.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Ensure business operations comply with applicable internal and external requirements (e.g., financial controls).,Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert to provide risk guidance.,Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and associated deliverables.,Lead, facilitate, and/or implement action/remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues.
