Description

Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is seeking a Sr. Account Manager (Relationship Manager) for their top-tier merchants in LatAm. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a single point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, adding value, developing Nuvei's regional footprint, and increasing revenue through product suite support. This hybrid role will involve a mix of home-based work, office presence, and face-to-face meetings with merchants.

What We're Looking For

Leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess and help reach merchant's goals.,Synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a compelling story.,Prioritizing and managing multiple projects across different departments, while motivating and collaborating with others to achieve measurable results.,Understanding and anticipating clients' existing and future needs in depth and developing compelling solutions to meet client needs.,Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through client visits and quarterly business reviews.,On occasion, overseeing the integration of clients to Nuvei platform, while working closely with the technical team to discuss the development of new features for merchants.,Achieving targets and goals while continually reviewing individual client account management plans.,Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.,Positioned as an expert payments advisor, keeping abreast of ongoing changes, regulation, and competitive overview.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in a relationship management role with significant client-focused solutions experience.,Strong payments industry experience.,C-suite communication and management skills.,Knowledge and experience within the travel industry.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.,Experience in data analytics.,Proven project management skills.,Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese desired).,Based in Mexico.
