As a Specialist in Training and Instructional Design within Intelcom | Dragonfly's Training Academy, you will be responsible for creating engaging training materials and programs to provide the best learning experience for employees. This involves analyzing learning needs, defining training strategies, developing end-to-end training projects, and integrating content into the LMS.
Analyze learning and development needs and propose adapted solutions,Define appropriate training strategies and delivery methods,Develop end-to-end training projects (storyboards, content creation, voice-overs, translation),Create interactive training content and technology-supported solutions (e-learning, micro learning, gamification),Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts,Develop tests and performance indicators to assess skill mastery,Maintain or update existing training materials,Integrate training content in the LMS (Workday),Coordinate with external training service providers,Identify trends, best practices, and latest technologies to improve instructional design effectiveness
University degree in educational science, educational technology or a related field,3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar role,Mastery of e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.,Knowledge of Learning Management Systems,Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office
