Description

The role involves vetting and resolving complex requests from large corporate and mid-market customers regarding signing authorities. This includes handling non-standard documentation and ensuring compliance with internal signing authority controls and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

What We're Looking For

Interpret, validate, and execute internal and external client requests to establish or amend customer signing authorities for complex corporate structures.

Conduct reviews of existing files and correct documentation gaps related to signing authorities or AML.

Verify documentation according to established procedures to confirm completeness and proper execution.

Review complex legal agreements for Cash Management products.

Address documentation gaps, escalate unresolved items, and engage internal partners for resolution.

Assist clients, Relationship Managers, and BCC colleagues with signing authority and AML requirements.

Provide guidance to junior team members.

Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) with a valid work or study permit (if applicable).

Willingness to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests (e.g., simulation, coding, French proficiency).
