Specialist, Closing Solutions (12 Months Contract) - Bilingual

Description

The CIBC Closing Specialist will provide comprehensive support and customer service to the mortgage sales team, identifying additional client needs and cross-sell opportunities. This role involves effectively closing deals by collaborating with mortgage specialists, advisors, clients, solicitors, underwriters, and advancers, as well as managing documentation for seamless closings.

What We're Looking For

Deliver excellent client experience on each Mortgage file to meet department objectives.,Achieve department and individual funding targets through client, lawyer, and business partner engagement.,Effectively close deals and answer client inquiries related to mortgage funding.,Remotely fulfill funding requirements and maintain strong follow-up with clients and business partners.,Handle scenarios, questions, and issues in accordance with department objectives.,Continuously develop rapport and build relationships with clients and business partners.

Ideal Candidate

Extensive experience in the delivery and management of CIBC Mortgage products.,Strong underwriting knowledge.,Strong understanding of CIBC computer applications (COINS/CLASS, LCMS, Plexus / (AS05) Excalibur, Service Commitment).,Working knowledge of common software packages (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (flexible shifts)
