Description

The Specialist, Business Performance supports Bell Canada's Customer Experience team by delivering financial planning and analysis (FP&A) driven insights, performance reporting, and decision support. This role aims to enhance efficiency, optimize finances, and ensure strategic execution. Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, analyzing trends, developing forecasts, and assessing overall business performance, as well as contributing to the creation and improvement of dashboards, financial models, and reporting processes for senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

Deliver financial and operational performance reporting, insights, and analysis.,Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial performance monitoring.,Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Business Units on planning cycles and business reviews.,Analyze business trends, assess variances, and identify opportunities for optimization.,Develop, maintain, and improve financial planning models and performance dashboards.,Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data and reporting processes.,Provide decision-support insights to senior leadership to guide strategic and operational priorities.,Support continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, and business performance methodologies.
