This role is for a Social Media and Content Specialist at Intelcom, focusing on enhancing the company's brand in the logistics industry across Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. The specialist will lead B2B social media strategy, manage content creation, monitor performance, and engage with online communities to support client acquisition, recruitment, and corporate reputation.
Strengthen and evolve Intelcom's brand positioning in the delivery and logistics industry in Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands.,Use social platforms, especially LinkedIn, to increase visibility with commercial clients, industry decision-makers, partners, major prospects, consumers, and employees.,Collaborate with regional teams to develop and localize content for the Netherlands and Australia markets.,Lead the complete social media strategy with a strong emphasis on B2B reach, commercial storytelling, thought leadership, and lead generation.,Design annual and monthly content calendars aligned with Communications, Sales, Marketing, and HR.,Create impactful content (videos, visuals, whitepapers, articles, infographics).,Monitor analytics, trends, and performance to optimize reach, engagement, and business impact; produce monthly reports.,Actively manage online communities.,Stay at the forefront of B2B content development and manage major platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook.
Lives and breathes digital storytelling and brand building.,Understands B2B communications and industry business audiences.,Masters social media, including LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.,Possesses strong creative skills combined with an analytical and data-driven approach.,Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.,Excels in collaboration and cross-functional alignment.,Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.,Communicates clearly and effectively.,Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content production, or community management, in a company or agency.,B2B experience.,Bilingualism: English and French.,Excellent writing skills.,Experience with content management tools.,Knowledge of Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Audition, etc.) or Figma or other design tools.
