This role is for an individual passionate about customer service, aiming to deliver a superior experience to the sales force in the financial services sector. The specialist will work within a service and support center for the Career Network's sales force, focusing on comprehensive and coordinated handling of requests related to administrative sales activities in insurance.
Respond accurately to requests to support the sales force with administrative processes for individual insurance, adhering to manufacturer processes and firm obligations for sales or transactions on existing contracts (excluding advisory roles on products and taxation).,Understand the needs of the sales force and ensure their satisfaction.,Handle more complex cases, working closely with manufacturing teams.,Validate the completeness of firm files (client files).,Follow continuous training to stay informed about new internal policies and procedures and master relevant systems.,Respond to calls, emails, and chats to optimize the sales force experience and resolve issues at the first point of contact.,Perform administrative validations to meet the firm's obligations.,Actively participate in the development and improvement of work procedures while respecting the existing framework.,Contribute to harmonious communication and collaboration among Insurance specialists, agencies, support and Career services members, and manufacturing teams.
DEC in administration or any related field, 2 years of relevant experience.
