Description

The Performance Specialist is responsible for improving the performance of financial managers through individual or group training, using the Lean methodology. This role also ensures the successful integration of new financial managers by providing initial support and ongoing coaching. This position is for the Quebec City area and its surroundings.

What We're Looking For

Prepare meticulously for visits: obtain and analyze sales data (UniFIe) to identify development needs for financial managers.,Discuss the needs of financial managers according to Pacte/Lean and retailer objectives with the Consultant.,Conduct in-dealership visits: build trusting relationships with financial managers to facilitate training.,Provide personalized training on iA products, compliance, sales techniques, and managing uncontacted clients or credit refusals.,Utilize various methods (role-playing, listening to recordings, participating in client meetings) to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.,Promote the use of corporate tools and systems.,Follow up after visits: update reports in Salesforce and share them with relevant parties.,Conduct targeted follow-ups (calls, emails, performance analyses) for priority accounts.,Offer in-class and virtual training using iA Dealer Services materials.,Ensure sessions are professional, dynamic, and adapted to participants' needs.,Maintain participant interest and ensure content understanding.,Promote consistency in teaching methods and adherence to compliance standards.,Collect attendance and transmit it to the responsible manager.,Accompany new financial managers during onboarding and individual coaching: office setup, tools, forms, software, and administrative processes.,Conduct role-playing and practical exercises.,Regularly monitor performance (weekly calls) and make corrections as needed.,Keep training materials up to date.,Prepare and submit required reports to management.,Inform the Performance Director of any issues that may affect client relationships or compliance.,Advise the Performance Director of any schedule changes to ensure optimal coverage.,Submit expense reports weekly and participate in requested meetings.,Act professionally and in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct.

Ideal Candidate

Mastery of the sales process taught at iA Dealer Services,In-depth knowledge of insurance products distributed by iA Dealer Services,General knowledge of warranty products distributed by iA Dealer Services and manufacturers,Knowledge of systems used by retailers (UniFIe, UniFie 2.0, Dealertrack, Equifax, etc.),Good knowledge of the market and how a commercial office operates,Knowledge of how a dealership operates,Knowledge of financial institutions (credit applications, credit refusals, etc.),Knowledge of current regulations and laws in the industry
