Description

The Configuration Specialist will be a key player in the collective savings and retirement sector, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and supporting both clients and internal teams. This role involves configuring digital tools, analyzing data, developing and testing solutions, and providing technical support. The position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment where human development is a core focus.

What We're Looking For

Codify digital tools and configure various systems,Document digital tool codifications,Analyze data correspondence tables based on business needs,Manipulate data files in different formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.),Provide support to administrative teams,Analyze technical files/specifications and business rules,Develop and test new solutions,Validate test scenarios, results, and transmitted file content with stakeholders,Validate data integrity,Manipulate different back-office systems,Analyze, resolve, and document issues related to digital tools,Maintain production integrations based on evolving client needs,Provide technical support to project managers for new integrations,Ensure post-integration support with clients,Attend meetings as needed,Perform quality assurance on work done by less experienced colleagues,Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities,Basic knowledge of JavaScript programming,Expertise in data manipulation (Excel, TXT, XML, CSV, JSON, etc.),Knowledge of collective benefits industry and products (an asset),Knowledge of data conversion,Experience with transfer processes (transfer paths, change detection, and data integrity),Knowledge of payroll systems/providers (an asset),Ability to work in a team,Advanced knowledge of English, as communication with English-speaking clients across Canada will occur weekly via email and calls
