CAA-Québec is seeking a Marketing Advisor – Display, Video, and Social Media Specialist for a maternity leave replacement. This role involves designing, activating, optimizing, and analyzing display, video, and social media campaigns, acting as a specialist on DV360 and social media platforms. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) for approximately one year, with a hybrid remote work model requiring two days per week in the office, and can be based in Quebec City or Montreal.
Act as a specialist on DV360 and social media platforms (META, TikTok).,Ensure online deployment and monitoring of programmatic campaigns on DV360 and social media.,Define account structuring strategies for media plan execution.,Manage ad trafficking of campaigns via the ad server (Campaign Manager).,Perform continuous optimizations to maximize campaign performance.,Manage and optimize bidding strategies for each campaign.,Monitor and adjust media investment (pacing) to achieve objectives.,Manage email audiences and pixels on different media platforms.,Analyze digital campaign performance, propose recommendations, and share results.,Monitor audience exposure frequency across all CAA-Québec campaigns and make recommendations.,Manage online visibility by supervising media purchases and ensuring brand-aligned placements (inclusion/exclusion lists).,Participate in follow-up meetings with the media agency and ensure optimal collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Consumer Sciences, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying in an agency or company.
