Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Consultant to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role involves assessing customer needs, identifying risks, and recommending optimal solutions to enable successful deal progression and closure. The Solution Consultant will support sales teams by identifying technical risks early in the sales cycle, protecting deal value, improving forecasting, and ensuring smooth handovers to implementation. It also involves collaborating with Strategic Account Managers for customer retention and expansion. The role requires a deep understanding of Lightspeed's products, strong technical expertise, and interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive new business and support strategic accounts.
