Description

The Software Engineer III leads the creation of comprehensive end-to-end detailed solutions for projects and platforms. This role involves technical design and delivery, development and maintenance of solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering and architectural principles, and meeting business requirements. The engineer provides technical expertise focusing on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, including planning, evaluation, recommendation, design, operationalization, and support of solutions in compliance with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities also include system/application administration, installation, configuration, platform planning, design, integration, and release/deployment management.

What We're Looking For

Lead the creation of solution options and comprehensive end-to-end solutions, coordinating with stakeholders.,Develop and document detailed solution designs, acting as an application SME.,Accountable for complex application/systems development and programming.,Develop functional, technical, and user interface designs that meet defined requirements.,Consult on development of requirements and specifications, applying functional business knowledge.,Review technical deliverables for quality, adherence, and identify gaps.,Identify, recommend, source, negotiate, and implement improvements/solutions to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or reduce cost.,Work with Technology partners to define metrics and performance goals for the application.,Identify and address application and data issues, and cross-capability/cross-release issues.,Research/analyze business requirements to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions.,Collaborate with Architects to ensure environment modifications interact appropriately and meet performance requirements.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks/methodologies related to software engineering.,Ensure programs/policies/practices are well managed and compliant.,Engage with stakeholders to proactively prevent defects.,Actively seek and support continuous improvement and automation opportunities.,Conduct meaningful analysis and make recommendations.,Identify opportunities to minimize cost and deliver strategic solutions.,Conduct code reviews for quality, standards, reusability, and maintenance.,Monitor service, productivity, and assess efficiency levels.,Lead/facilitate/implement actions for performance/risk/governance issues.,Manage relationships with internal and external business partners.,Identify and manage risks, escalating as necessary.,Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Participate in a positive work environment, promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.,Provide thought leadership for quality engineering best practices and knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends and grow business knowledge.,Participate in personal performance management and development.,Keep others informed about project status and daily activities.,Mentor and enable team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.,Support the team by providing guidance and resolving issues.,Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with business partners.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate.,Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).,Graduate degree nice to have.,5-7 years relevant experience.,5+ years of relative experience in Salesforce Development & architecting.,Salesforce certified administrator.,Salesforce certified Developer 1.,Salesforce certified Developer 2.
