Software Development Manager (Mobile)

Hire, onboard, train, and coach high-performing individuals, supporting their career development through feedback, reviews, and development plans.,Facilitate continuous delivery of code in a high-trust environment, ensuring good delivery cadence and strong stakeholder connections through demos, retros, and incident reviews.,Evaluate and improve the technical architecture of the mobile application and adopt industry trends.,Collaborate with the team to manage development initiatives, answer questions, and approve work results.,Report to the Director, Software Development, and interact frequently with Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and Support Specialists.,Lead by example, including some hands-on coding in Java, Golang, or Kotlin.,Contribute to wider organizational objectives beyond the strict scope of the role.
