Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics in Canada, is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDiT) to join their team. The role focuses on ensuring software quality through the creation, execution, and automation of test plans and cases, and collaboration with development teams to deliver reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.

What We're Looking For

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.,Execute and evaluate test cases to identify potential software issues.,Maintain and update documentation related to test plans, test cases, and test results.,Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.,Conduct performance and load testing by simulating various user scenarios and stress conditions to identify performance bottlenecks.,Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality of code.,Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.,Identify, document, track, and report bugs and performance issues to the development team.,Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.,Contribute to the evolution of testing strategies and tools.,Other duties as assigned, related to quality assurance and software development.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.,2+ years of experience in software development or test automation.,Solid understanding of various testing types including unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, performance, API, and basic security testing.,Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).,Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).,Experience in creating test strategies and detailed test plans.,Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., ADO, GitHub Actions) and version control systems.,Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
