This role involves acting as a dedicated advisor for small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them towards appropriate financial solutions. It requires developing a client portfolio, meeting business development targets, conducting financial analyses, negotiating product terms, ensuring compliance, and identifying new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Develop client portfolio.,Meet business development objectives by proposing tailored solutions.,Identify referral opportunities across the Bank.,Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios.,Negotiate product terms and conditions to ensure profitability.,Ensure application of service quality standards and compliance with risk management rules.,Identify business opportunities in the market for all Bank products/services.,Participate in visibility activities in the market.,Identify inherent risks in the sector's activities.

Ideal Candidate

University certificate and 7 years of experience; or,Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience; or,Master's degree and 3 years of experience.,Experience in business development.,Knowledge of financial statement analysis.,Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses.,Negotiation skills.
