This role within the HyperAutomation team at National Bank involves specializing in operational ServiceNow financial service solutions (FSO). The position focuses on leveraging expertise to design, automate, and optimize digital platforms, making a positive impact on the organization.

What We're Looking For

Promote a culture of rapid development, reuse, and optimization of the service structure by building strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams.,Design and implement resilient architectures and processes for the ServiceNow platform.,Identify and automate opportunities to optimize application pipelines.,Improve ongoing deployment processes and tools to ensure reliability and security.,Document and simplify operational and security practices in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in a related field with 5 years of experience or equivalent experience.,Master ServiceNow fundamentals.,Experience in designing resilient and automated solutions.,Advanced knowledge of CLI/API, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and GIT tools.,Experience in database management and monitoring tools.
