This role is for a specialist in automating and optimizing IT demand management processes at National Bank. The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions using the ServiceNow FSO module, collaborating with product teams, and integrating ServiceNow FSO with other systems.
Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module in accordance with quality standards and best practices.,Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and architects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.,Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows, scripts, and automations to support the Bank's processes.,Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.,Ensure code quality, perform unit tests, and maintain technical and functional documentation.
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.,5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer.,Proven experience in ServiceNow development.,Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, GlideScript, API, and ServiceNow configuration tools.,CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset).,Experience with Agile/Scrum applied in JIRA.
