University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field,7 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer,Proven experience in ServiceNow development,Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, GlideScript, API and ServiceNow configuration tools,CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset),Experience with Agile/Scrum applied in JIRA
