Description

This role involves working within National Bank's IT Demand Management team as a specialist in automating and optimizing demand management processes. The developer will design, configure, develop, maintain, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module, integrate it with other systems, and ensure code quality while collaborating with various teams.

What We're Looking For

Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module in accordance with quality standards and best practises,Collaborate with product teams, analysts and architects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions,Develop, maintain and optimise workflows, Scripts and automations to support the Bank's processes,Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs,Ensure code quality, perform unit tests and maintain technical and functional documentation

Ideal Candidate

University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field,CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset)
