Description

The Service Advisor at Aritzia's Woodfield Mall location is responsible for delivering an elevated and efficient client experience at the Service Counter. This role involves processing transactions, managing various client services, maintaining organized retail spaces, and generally creating memorable moments to foster loyal customer relationships within an Everyday Luxury environment.

What We're Looking For

Deliver extraordinary experiences and make meaningful, memorable moments at the Service Counter.,Match Clients with their product while directing them to the appropriate Service Counter.,Carefully prepare and package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.,Efficiently and accurately process transactions while ensuring a world-class client experience.,Accurately and efficiently manage the end-to-end process of services, including notifying clients of incoming services, auditing, and proactively resolving issues to minimize client impact.,Support service counter operations, including managing client queues to ensure quick service and returning products to the sales floor.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.,Previous experience operating a point-of-sale system is considered an asset.,Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values, Business, and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.,Understanding and passion for the retail industry.,Understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
